Returns are permitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Customers must obtain an RMA before returning product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received unused, and in its original packaging.- Products returned without an RMA will NOT receive a refund.
- New and unopened boxes will get a 100% refund. Less shipping costs.
- Purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses incurred both ways.
- All returned products must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.
- The Customers may return at their choice of shipping method.
- All refunds are paid in the same payment form customers used to place the order.
Shipping Policy: We ship within the contiguous United States only
Although most orders for stock items ship immediately, we do not guarantee same-day shipping. We ask that you allow at least 48 hours to process and ship your order. We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible and the earlier in the day your order is placed the better the chance it will ship that day. Rush processing fees may be required for requested same-day shipping. Please note: Expedited or same-day shipments are not available for all items.
All orders are shipped using the most economical service unless otherwise specified or requested. We currently use UPS, USPS, and Fed-Ex.
Packages valued over $100.00 are insured for the replacement value and unfortunately, COD shipments are not available. We do however accept all major credit cards.
Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days to receive credit. Please inspect your shipment's contents thoroughly upon receiving. Do not discard any damaged items, the carrier may need to inspect and/or retrieve damaged goods. Claims for damaged product that has been discarded cannot be processed.
