Customer satisfaction is our goal. We are glad to help you. Here are our return and refund policies:
 

Returns are permitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.  Customers must obtain an RMA before returning product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received unused, and in its original packaging. 

• Products returned without an RMA will NOT receive a refund. 

• New and unopened boxes will get a 100% refund. Less shipping costs. 

• Purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses incurred both ways. 

• All returned products must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.  

• The Customers may return at their choice of shipping method. 

• All refunds are paid in the same payment form customers used to place the order.
